We have all seen a coin appear in the hands of a magician who then proceded to making the same coin vanish again. It is baffling. But it still is only a trick and anyone can learn how to do it. Yet in large parts of the African continent, these magicians would be deeply feared by most. All online HYIP investors should learn something from this seemingly irrational fear, stemming from wisdom gained by centuries of experience.

Know that there is no such thing as a safe online HYIP – or, High Yield Investment Plan via Internet – there are only betting odds and investment strategies. Aside from a very large portion of organized scamming sites (those “coin magicians” and organizations that tend to abuse of other’s greed or dire need to make a fast buck), most HYIP sites are active in either Forex, the online gaming and gambling industry, Autosurf or a combination of any of these. (HyipSpace.com’s scam database contains more than 11 000 names of HYIP sites that have failed investors.)

The reason for this very high risk factor is simple enough: all these industries are themselves continuously dealing with a highly volatile market. Forex, for example, is nothing less than speculating on the world market of currency fluctuations. A good forex trader can make a killing today and be wiped out tomorrow. It happens all the time.

Having established by experience that HYIP activities can be compared with gambling, many sites mention in various posts that, when done right, online HYIP activities can be very lucrative. But on these same sites, one will invariably find small print caution messages or disclaimers warning one that one should not invest money that one can’t afford to lose. Gambling adrenalin junkies and desperate money seekers should stay away from HYIPS!

3. Today HYIP is popular on the Internet as a means for investing small sums through the internet while hoping for extraordinarily high returns.

6. From the 50% that are left, only about two in ten are professional endeavors. The rest are people learning about the business or agents recruiting for bigger organizations, mostly forex businesses canvassing for clients with money to invest.
7. The last seven years alone, more than 11 000 HYIP sites were started and went bankrupt.
8. The HYIP sites community is not self-regulated.
9. Money can be made with HYIP investing, but one has to be very, very careful about it and be prepared to lose.

Hyip Online Sites come and go a dime a dozen every single month and all have the same thing in common: they live short intensive lives and try to make it in the market niche of “High Yield Investment Plans”. Since the explosion of the HYIP market online, I estimate some 6 to 7000 sites have come and gone.

They will offer up to 6.5% of returns on your capital investment, PER DAY, sometimes even COMPOUNDED, and this works for a short while. Most of them will offer between 0.46% and 2,5%. Then they hit the risk wall, the one where they are forced to admit “I didn’t see THIS one coming” and they end up with the smelly end of the stick. That is how it goes in the niche markets of either metal – gold, silver, platinum, and so on, – or FOREX – speculating on the rise and fall or fluctuation of foreign money.

That’s when the site closes and gets reported by the monitors as being a “scammer” or a scam site. The investors who had capital tied up through the site get that smelly stick thrown at them by the site owner, who just deletes the files from the server and is never heard from again.

It happens to me twice or three times a month if I’m lucky, because if I’m not, then it happens more often and I end up with a bad HYIP gambling month, that is, a loss on my investment lines total. Which means I end up with a net loss, instead of a net gain. A lot of work and a paltry result, but loads of fun.

HYIP gambling is as exciting as BlackJack, Poker or Roulette when you’re on a winning streak. Sorry folks, roulette isn’t that much fun generally, the only time I do enjoy it is when I see someone else who is on a winning streak, then it is a beautiful sight to behold indeed.

And so I substituted my traditional losing gambling activities with HYIP gambling. Sometimes I have spectacular months, when I manage to double my money in two weeks, for example. Other times I fall for a scammer and then it hurts like hell and I am mad at myself like for a whole week because I will have to work at it for at least two other weeks just to get even.

I don’t have to put in spectacular amounts, as most sites allow for small investments that start at 10$ and allow you to pull out the next day. But as in poker, you have to “see”, or “feel”, or “smell” whether the other guy (the Site) has the goods or if he’s bluffing you out of your money. It is a game of patience, because sometimes the rule states the game has to last 12 or 14 days, sometimes 50 days or 26 weeks.

The latest stunt I pulled was investing 100$ in a site called WBwso. If my gut feeling get this right, these 100$ will have turned to 90000$ in three years’ time. That is a very long time for a bet.
