For one, this does not mean you can’t get your money back from MoneyBookers! (Or “The Lotter” for that matter.)

MoneyBookers is only an online bank, they are a transaction intermediary and they did not “win” your money. What probably happened is that the currency converter took a fee and that “The Lotter” could not proceed with your bet because there was not enough money left to pay for the bet!

Send an email to MoneyBookers to claim a refund or check with your “The Lotter” member area to see if in the meantime your money has not arrived and been credited to your player account. (I “bet” it has!).

Hey, blame the currency converters, not MoneyBookers or “The Lotter” because both of them have to put up with this situation where they get to hold the smelly end of the stick.

After placing a bet on 04-01-2011 USA Mega Millions my bank made the transfer of € 9,25 to Moneybookers account.
At the end of the transfer I received a massage Transaction Refused.
So the bet was not placed but the € 9,25 is booked to the Moneybookers account.

This is the reponse of The lotter.
